We began with a revision orale and then saw a Powerpoint on daily activities. You talked about the pictures using your verbes reguliers and reflechis. You then received your all important Tableau de verbes and we listened to some chansons to help you remember the verbes irreguliers. Some of you even sang for un billet! Bravo! Lastly we completed the first page of the Tableau de verbes and you were assigned "Ma journee" where you are to write un paragraphe where you talk about a typical day. You should use all the types of verbs we have seen so far - a minimum of 10 verbs please. Use your sheets as resources! This paragraphe is due DEMAIN!

We began with a quick review and then saw the flashcards to review our regular verbs. We discussed in partners the paragraphe you were to write on "D'habitude, qu'est-ce que tu fais le weekend?" and we shared some answers. We then did a reading and took a good note on Les verbes reflechis, as well as completed a vocab sheet. Lastly we played un jeu de basketball to practice. Bravo les equipes gagnantes!

Today I checked your homework and quite a few of you did not have your dividers! These will help you when it comes time to study - you will have everything that you need at your finger tips. I promise! We reviewed what we did last class and then we completed the révision rapide handout. We took a good note on Les verbes réguliers, practiced with flashcards and an Où estle trésor game - félicitations Autumn et Liv! Lastly we used our verbs to write a 6-8 sentence paragraph of phrases complexes to talk about "D'habitude, qu'est-ce que tu fais le week-end?" We will be talking about this demain, so soyez prêts!

Bienvenue à la classe de Français! I introduced myself and gave you a brief bio about my experience. We saw Pourquoi parler français and ten good reasons to stay with it. I also introduced the DELF program and the levels A1 and A2. Please print out these wheels and keep them in your notebook so you can check off any time you master a tack. I also asked you to organize your notebook with dividers and the sections Grammaire, Vocabulaire, Activités and Évaluation to help you when it comes time to study. You are to have dividers for tomorrow's class! You filled in a student profile sheet and then we did little presentations about our partner. Good job after a year and a half without a French class! Lastly we reviewed some basic grammar rules and played a quick game of Au tableau.
